Financial Aid
St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s strives to meet the needs of our accepted applicants requesting financial aid. Since its founding in 1950, St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s stated mission has been to enroll students who represent a wide range of backgrounds. Our financial aid program assists qualified children who might not otherwise have access to an independent school education.
The significant competition for financial aid funding makes it critical that families submit all requested materials in a timely manner. Financial aid is open to all students in nursery-grade 8. Financial aid is also available for our After School Program and for St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s camps. We regret that we are unable to offer financial aid to all families who qualify.
Clarity
St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s works with Clarity to handle all financial aid applications. We hope that your experience with them will be manageable, convenient, and pleasant. You will be guided through the process directly by the Clarity counselors who will be your primary contacts for all financial aid questions. It is important to note that final decisions regarding financial aid awards will be handled by the St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s Financial Aid Committee. Families will be able to apply for financial aid through Clarity on September 15.
Please complete your Financial Aid application through Clarity by Tuesday, December 22, 2026.
All online applications and supporting documents must be submitted to Clarity by this date. Applications submitted after December 22, 2026 may not be considered for review by the Financial Aid Committee for the 2027-2028 academic year. Please contact the admission office to request an extension or to submit a late application.
